Job Description/Key Responsibilities
Handling of IT Service management operations (Help Desk). Provide user support to staff on day to day IT issues which include; install and configure laptops on windows 10, O365, MS Office    MAC OS Catalyna, Mojave and Sierra, MAC office support
Troubleshooting of hardware and software related issues, configure wireless and wired network, maintain printers, scanners, photocopiers and perform other related tasks.
Support for MIS related software, Oracle CRM, Siebel
